How is this assessment scored?
Each answer receives 0–3 points: not yet = 0, partly = 1, mostly = 2, consistently = 3. “Not sure” receives 0 and is separately identified as an area to clarify. Eight answers produce a score out of 24, converted to a percentage. Each of four areas has two equally weighted questions.
The suggested next step uses the lowest-scoring area. These are BRAC3 guidance categories, not validated benchmarks. A self-reported score cannot establish actual capability, compliance or readiness.
