Bespoke engagements
More complexity calls
for careful scoping.
Larger exercises start with an assessment of your objectives, participants, dependencies and delivery requirements.
Define the requirement before choosing the format.
Multi-team, multi-site and multi-agency exercises can require additional facilitation, control, role players and evaluation support. A scoping conversation helps establish what is appropriate and feasible.
What we explore
- Capability objectives and the decisions to exercise
- Participants, organisations, locations and interfaces
- Scenario complexity and simulation requirements
- Facilitators, controllers, observers and specialist support
- Information handling, reporting and delivery constraints
- Timing, budget and the next design stage
A scoping assessment defines the engagement. It is separate from the free online readiness self-check. No large-scale delivery commitment is made before scope, resources and terms are agreed.
One exercise or a programme?
A sequence of education, workshops and team exercises may be more useful than starting with a single large event. We can explore a progressive pathway during discovery.
